The full time recruiter will successfully assist in achieving ITBM’s recruitment objectives by sourcing, attracting, recruiting and evaluating top talent. This person will facilitate the interview process for hiring managers and proactively build a relevant talent funnel.The recruiter will positively impact the quality, responsiveness and cost of the ITBM talent acquisition process and ensure we are hiring the best possible talent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•        Source, recruit, pre-screen, assess and present top-quality candidates for assigned hiring managers within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
•        Partner with hiring managers to proactively build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies. Effectively communicate recruitment strategy and process to hiring managers. Propose adjustments to process as necessary with feedback.
•        Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruiting process, effectively communicating and assist in managing candidate and hiring manager expectations throughout the process.
•        Assist in managing candidate expectations with regard to pay, benefits, culture, career growth, etc.
•        Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and proactively keep teams properly informed throughout the entire talent acquisition process.
•        Develop strong understanding of the business and roles. Periodically refresh that knowledge in order to effectively research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to identify qualified passive candidates and maintain a talent pipeline database.
•        Screen resumes, pre-screen candidates and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
•        Give timely and appropriate candidate feedback regarding next steps in ITBM’s selection process.
•        Ensure 100% data integrity in ATS System and properly document the talent acquisition process for each job opening to ensure EEO compliance and best practices.
•        Responsible for reports: summarizing requisition activities/status, key performance indicators, challenges, and wins for the team.
•        Assist in HR projects including development of SOPs, branding, client sourcing strategies, and ATS optimization.
•        Travel in support of recruitment initiatives and ITBM locations.
Shkathtėsitė: Qualifications Required:
•        At least one year of successful experience in talent acquisition and full cycle recruitment.
•        Previous experience in ATS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents.
•        Highly developed talent acquisition skills, reads individuals well.
•        Proven effective interviewing skills.
•        Very effective rapport and consensus building skills.
•        Adept listening and positive communication skills.
•        Positive facilitation capabilities in working across diverse groups of people.
•        Effective analytical skills.
•        Positive emotional intelligence and business maturity.

Language Skills Ability to read and interpret English documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Social Networks knowledge and experience in utilizing LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social networks.
