Përshkrimi:

The jobholder reports to the CEO and manages the overall marketing activity of the company. The main duties of this role include: bearing responsibility for developing and implementing the company marketing and communication strategy and marketing plan to ensure maximum penetration into the market; managing all aspects of the marketing function; determining the demand for company products and services by carrying out regular marketing research and analysis; overseeing products development and monitoring trends that indicate the need for new products and services; contributing to the development of a clear brand strategy; development of customer segmentation policies; media planning and budgeting; preparing and managing the budget for marketing and communications activities; working with external advertising agencies and supervising subcontractors; maintaining contacts with the local electronic media and press; advising the sales representatives in view of contracting potential clients and promotions; serving as internal liaison to the Board of Directors and top management; managing and supervising the marketing team.

Shkathtësitë:

Successful candidates should possess solid professional background on a marketing management position, preferably in the telecommunications area. Other important prerequisites are:
•        University degree in Marketing (Master’s will be an asset)
•        Practical experience in designing and implementing marketing strategies
•        Excellent ability to execute campaigns across the marketing mix
•        Strong leadership and people management skills
•        Outstanding communication and team working abilities
