We are looking for experienced sales persons to work in Tirana.

As a Sales Executive you will deal directly with C level executives worldwide and invite them to attend Allan Lloyds events. You will have the chance to facilitate learning and networking opportunities, as well as business relationships between major players in the industry.

Because we are building the sales team in Tirana, we have more than one opening as Sales Representative.
We are looking for people who enjoy communicating, who are fluent in English and are able to learn fast how to be a successful business professional.

This is a B2B sales role targeting international clients.


Description of responsibilities:

As Sales Representative you will be contacting potential clients on the phone and sell attendees places for our conferences.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential delegates to closing the deal, including negotiating the conference fees
• Build strong, profitable business relationships and ensure sales targets achievement
• Follow up on brochure requests or other enquires
• Use the event’s description, benefits and values to develop efficient pitching strategies
• Develop, manage and sustain sales pipelines

Requirements:

Sales or call center experience are an advantage
