Local Governance and Economic Development/Trade Specialists

Call for Resumes: An international consulting firm is seeking local governance and economic development/trade specialists for an anticipated business environment and municipal support program to be tendered in Kosovo. Successful candidates will have prior experience and thorough knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• The local government system, public administration, decentralization, social service delivery, financial and resource management, public advocacy, citizen participation, and anti-corruption at the local level;
• Regional economic development issues, business competitiveness, regulatory reform, trade and investment, comparative advantage, and legal/policy reform.
• Demonstrated track record of coalition- and capacity building and support to local/regional public and/or private actors;
• Prior experience on an internationally funded program in Kosovo or in the Balkan Region is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and a university degree in business/economics, or related field.
• Demonstrated fluency in English;
