M3 Engineering was established in 2012 by Ermir Kyqyku and Lasse Nilssen and it’s based in Gjakova/Kosovo. We currently have 6 employees with extensive professional expertise.

We intend to become the best in the provision of employees to companies of various sectors inside and outside of Kosovo by teaching them the language and preparing them to work according to European standards. The work we do does not only enables companies in Europe, specially Norway to be equipped with skilled employees, but simultaneously gives motivated people the opportunity to apply and develop their knowledge by facing different professional challenges throughout Europe
